課題

His hands were hardened from his work. He fixed peoples kitchens for a living.
But surprisingly, his handshake was soft and inviting. His muscular arms and hazel-green eyes
caught her attention the minute she opened the door.
"Sorry I'm late. Sounds like this could take a while." His warm smile revealed hidden dimples.
"Thanks for coming on such short notice." She smiled at him. After inviting him inside, they
moved to the kitchen. He stepped around the puddle of water on the kitchen floor, and got to work.

彼の手は仕事柄鍛えられて硬くなっていた。キッチンの修繕が彼の仕事だ。
しかし意外にも、彼の握手はやわらかく心地よかった。たくましい腕とヘーゼルグリーンの瞳がドアを開けた瞬間彼女の目をひいた。
「遅れてしまってすみません。これはちょっと時間がかかりそうですね。」彼が穏やかに微笑むとえくぼが見えた。「急なお願いだったのに来てくださってありがとう。」彼女は彼に笑いかけた。彼を招き入れると、二人はキッチンへと向かった。彼はキッチンの水溜りの周りを歩き、仕事に取り掛かった。
