Dear Diary,
I met the most incredible guy at our company picnic yesterday. My friend Sarah introduced us while we were waiting in the chili line. Once we started talking, it was like a fire was started that we couldn’t put out. Almost as hot as the chili! His name is Josh, and he is one of the best-looking nerds I have ever seen. Besides being a computer geek, he loves dogs, bikes and travel. He is going to France next month, and he told me about all the amazing places he will visit. I can’t stop thinking about him, and how much I enjoyed our conversation. Should I text him before he goes to France?

昨日、会社のピクニックでとっても素敵な人に出会ったの。チリ料理の列に並んでいる時に、友達のサラが紹介してくれたの。いったん話し始めると、私たちまるで火がついたみたいに消すことができなかったわ。チリ料理と同じくらい熱くなっちゃったの！彼の名前はジョシュっていうの。今まで会った中で一番ハンサムなオタクだったわ。彼は、コンピューターオタクで、犬とバイクと旅行が好きなの。彼ね、来月フランスに行くんだって。それで、フランスで訪ねる予定にしている素敵な場所を全部話してくれたの。彼のことが頭から離れないわ。彼と話せてとっても楽しかったのよ。彼がフランスに行く前に、メールした方がいいかしら？
