A taxi driver was going quickly down a busy street in the city. He passed four stop signs without stopping. He went the wrong way down a one-way street. He passed a police officer while searching on his cell phone for the address of the store he was headed to. And he texted from his cell phone to multiple people before finally arriving at his destination. During his whole trip, however, he didn’t break any laws. How?

タクシーの運転手が街のにぎやかな通りを急いでいました。 彼は一時停止標識を4つ無視して通過。 また一方通行を逆行。その上向かっている店の住所を携帯電話で探しながら警察官のそばを通過。 さらには携帯電話から複数の人々にテキストメッセージを送った末に目的地に到着。 それなのに、その移動中、彼は一切法律に違反しませんでした。 なぜでしょう？
