A taxi driver was going quickly down a busy street in the city. He passed four stop signs without stopping. He went the wrong way down a one-way street. He passed a police officer while searching on his cell phone for the address of the store he was headed to. And he texted from his cell phone to multiple people before finally arriving at his destination. During his whole trip, however, he didn’t break any laws. How?

街のにぎやかな通りを急ぐタクシー運転手。一時停止の標識を無視すること4回。一方通行の道には反対側から侵入。警官の前は、携帯電話でこれから向かう店の住所を検索しながら通過。その上、最終的に目的地へ着くまでに、携帯電話で何人もの人にメッセージを送信。ところが、この移動の最初から最後まで、運転手は法律違反を一切しませんでした。どうしてでしょう。
