A taxi driver was going quickly down a busy street in the city. He passed four stop signs without stopping. He went the wrong way down a one-way street. He passed a police officer while searching on his cell phone for the address of the store he was headed to. And he texted from his cell phone to multiple people before finally arriving at his destination. During his whole trip, however, he didn’t break any laws. How?

タクシー運転手が街中の混雑した道路を急いで進んでいた。4つの一時停止を無視し、一方通行の道を逆に進んだ。警察官のそばを通り過ぎるときには、向かっている店の住所を携帯電話で検索していた。目的地に着くまでに何件かメールも送った。しかしながら、彼は道中何も違反をしていなかった。それはなぜか。
