A taxi driver was going quickly down a busy street in the city. He passed four stop signs without stopping. He went the wrong way down a one-way street. He passed a police officer while searching on his cell phone for the address of the store he was headed to. And he texted from his cell phone to multiple people before finally arriving at his destination. During his whole trip, however, he didn’t break any laws. How?

タクシー運転手は街中のにぎやかな通りをスピードを上げて進んでいった。彼は4か所の一時停止標識を無視し、一方通行を逆走した。携帯電話で目的地の店の住所を検索しながら、警官の前を通り過ぎ、最終的にその店にたどり着くまでに複数の人に携帯からメッセージを送った。それなのに彼は道中、交通違反を一切していない。なぜ？
