北陸は海の幸にも山の幸にも恵まれる味覚の宝庫です。石川の「金沢おでん」は、バイ貝や魚のすり身など、金沢ならではの具材を使ったご当地グルメ。富山の「ぶりしゃぶ」は、富山湾で獲れる新鮮なぶりの刺身を昆布だしにくぐらせていただく贅沢な味。「カニの王様」として知られる福井の越前ガニは、福井の漁港に水揚げされた最高品質の雄のズワイガニ。新幹線が開通して身近になった北陸に、絶品グルメを満喫しに出かけよう！

The Hokuriku region is a place to treat your taste buds with delicious bounties from the land and the sea: Ishikawa prefecture offers Kanazawa oden, a local specialty hot pot, cooked with ingredients unique to this area, such as Japanese ivory shell and ground fish meat. Toyama prefecture offers a rich, flavorful taste of buri-shabu, in which you whisk slices of fresh amberjack caught in the Toyama bay through boiling kombu broth. Fukui prefecture is famous for its Echizen crab, or the king of crab, which is a male snow crab in the best quality landed in Fukui ports. Visit Hokuriku, which now can be easily accessed by bullet train, to experience the culinary delights that it has to offer!
