The Hokuriku area boasts an abundance of seafood and mountain produce. One local delicacy is "Kanazawa Oden" in Ishikawa, which features unique ingredients like Japanese ivory shell and minced fish. Another exquisite cuisine is "Bri Shabu”in Toyama, which you dip sashimi of fresh yellowtail from Toyama Bay into kelp broth for a delightful experience. Fukui's renowned "Echizen Gani," known as the king of crabs, features top-quality male snow crabs unloaded onto fishing ports in Fukui. With the opening of the Hokuriku Shinkansen, accessing the region has become much easier. You must go there to indulge in these exceptional dishes!
