第15回 ジョーク翻訳コンテスト

課題

At the end of the semester, a college professor was giving a test to his students. Once he handed out all the tests, he went back to his desk to wait. When the test was finished, the students returned their test papers to the professor. Strangely, the professor noticed that one of the students had attached a $100 bill to his test. There was also a note saying, "A dollar per point." In the next class, the professor returned the graded tests.
The student got his test back with $64 change.

学期末、大学の教授が学生にテストを行ったときのことです。教授は、テスト用紙を全員に配り、自席に戻って終了を待ちました。テストが終わり、学生たちが答案を教授に提出しました。おや？と教授は思いました。答案用紙に100ドル札を付けてきた学生がいたのです。メモもあって、「１点につき１ドルです」と書いてありました。次の授業で、教授は採点したテストを返却しました。
その学生は、答案と64ドルのおつりを返されました。
